Endolift® is a minimally invasive subdermal laser procedure designed to remodel and strengthen the connective tissues of the face and lower eyelids. How Does the Endolift® Procedure Work?

Endolift® therapy uses a 1470nm laser and operates using single-use micro-optical fibres, which are as thin as hair and easily inserted under the skin into the superficial hypodermis. The laser energy targets water and fat explicitly, effectively liquefying the fat while stimulating collagen production. This leads to immediate skin retraction and reduces skin laxity. Usually, only one treatment is recommended, which takes 1 to 2 hours and is performed under local anaesthesia. The full results of Endolift® take 3 to 6 months to become fully evident, although this timeline can vary by patient, with some individuals seeing visible results sooner. It is undertaken after clinical assessment to confirm suitable lid support and to exclude conditions such as festoons or fluid oedema.
