Who will I see when I visit the practice?
From your first visit, you will be seen by Mrs Shah-Desai herself. After filling in a registration form (please note the details on this form are relevant for all future contact and to fulfil any shortfall obligations), you will spend approximately 30 minutes with Mrs Shah-Desai, discussing your concerns and the results you would like to achieve. She will explain the various options available to you, describe the outcomes she expects and discuss any possible complications or side effects. During your consultation, Mrs Shah-Desai will also take photographs to better assess and discuss concerns and relevant treatment options.
You may require further tests based on your eye examination findings.
Is there anything I should bring to my consultation?
Many people find it useful to bring a list of written questions. That way you’ll be sure you’ve asked everything you wish to. It is important to bring photographs of yourself at the time you were most satisfied with your appearance. Please bring a list of all your current medications and results of relevant tests.
What if I still have questions after my consultation?
After your consultation with Mrs. Shah-Desai, if you wish, you will receive a letter summarizing what the two of you discussed during your consultation. This letter is copied to your GP / referring physician & your insurer, if relevant.
Based on information you fill in your “Perfect Eyes Ltd” registration form, Mrs. Shah-Desai will communicate with you/nominated contact via email/ text/ whats app, your before & after pictures. – so that she can better support you through your patient journey.
If you find you still have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us to book another appointment.
How should payment be arranged?

Note we do not accept American Express. Insurance patients need to give Mrs. Shah-Desai’s secretary their authorization code prior to booking a consultation or treatment.
